CRIMINAL DEFENSE I represent clients who are charged with misdemeanors, felonies, as well as traffic offenses, including DUI. It is my goal to provide the best possible representation for each client's unique situation. I have noticed in the past 14 years, there has been a shift in the attitude of the government in the prosecution of these types of cases. Often, the focus of the government has been on punishment rather than the interests of justice. My goal is to assist clients through each stage of the criminal court process, ensuring their best interests are met whenever possible.

FAMILY LAW I represent clients in all areas of family law. I understand the difficulties families face during divorce and child custody proceedings. I try to never lose sight of the best interests of the children involved. I also have experience in juvenile law, both in abuse & neglect and deliquency cases. As society becomes more mobile and interests change, it is important from the beginning to have an attorney familiar with the processes.
